How to deal with Covid depression

The holidays are upon us and normally that means seasonal depression is at its peak. However, there are massive changes this year due to Covid that are making this year’s depression a lot worse for a lot of people. The main reason is that Covid is forcing most of us into situations where depression thrives. It is causing us to isolate ourselves from other people, live in more stressful environments, and lose our motivation to stick with habits and routines.
